BIO PARTIKUL We did start as PARTIKUL, 3 years ago in Brussels. In June 2019 we recorded 4 songs, a EP ( VENUS VIRUS ) released in October 2019, before the pandemia. In spring 2021 we've recorded our first full length album ' Related Memories ' and it came out in October on our label ' Exit does not exist Records ' . We had the chance to shoot our first video ' Curse ' in a manor from a friend and it was a great experience. Just playing some music together and being creative as a couple is already something special for us. We are influenced by bands such as : Siouxie, Boy Harsher, the soft moon, Moon duo, Tuxedomoon, Nitzer Ebb, the Smiths...

WE are (BE)

WE(are) est né entre les berges tranquilles de la Sambre et les rythmes répétitifs et obsédants des industries qui la bordent. De ce bruit continu à la fois dur et fragile, on en retient des visages, des vibrations, des images. A la croisée d'un récit de vie au quotidien, des émotions qui nous traversent, des complexités et des beautés qui dessinent ce monde, WE(are) est un ovni électro(n) libre !
Ici, on mélange l'énergie rock en pensant au minimalisme des 80's et à l'extravagance des tempos nu disco. Un univers à la fois organique et synthétique entre Depeche Mode et The Bravery. Avec le chiffre 3 comme line-up, le combo propose une musique entre machines, une basse au charme féminin et acéré, un cocktail batterie puissant alternant naturel et synthétique, l'ensemble orné d'une voix "bakelite phone" d'un autre temps. WE(are) livre des sonorités arrachées à la vie et son rythme qui nous invitent à crier:
"NOUS SOMMES vivants !"

The Electrozixx (BE)
Synth pop / #synthpop

Duo floreffois de synthpop influencé par les 80's composé de Cat, chanteuse, parolière et Fred, claviériste et compositeur, créé en novembre 2023.
Tous deux passionnés de musique et de claviers depuis leur adolescence.
Ils ont actuellement 15 compos à leur actif et ont sorti leur premier EP FREE MY SOUL le 25 janvier 2025 et leur deuxième EP REVELATION le 13 février 2025 sur toutes les plateformes de streaming dont Spotify et YouTube.

Stefke van Namen (BE)
Rock / Indie / Pop

By the end of the eighties, New Beat was born as a real new musical style here in Belgium and in the rest of Europe. At this time, I felt a real passion for these underground parties with few lights, huge sound systems (SARTEC woofers were on top those days) which would always take place in parking lots or old empty factories...  

 

I met in the summer of 1992 David Dantinne (r.i.p mate) who had begun to animate some parties in the Namur suburbs and he showed me the way. One year later, with the help of Dimitri Brandt, Dominique Henrion (both were schoolmates) and Axel Van Weynendaele, we built "Carpe Noctem" and for 2 years we made our first steps in djing.... Due to life events, we split up.  

 

I was the only one who continued and after a short break, I have been contacted in 1996 by Thomas Pierson from at the time best "mobile" in our region, the legendary "Zéro de Conduite". We were a group of 5 (Javier Gonzalez, Nicolas & Thomas Pierson, Nicolas Hughes Dessambre) and I can say that it's to the contact of these party boys that I really progressed, technically as well as humanly.  

 

Since 2001, more and more friends from the north part of Belgium (for the ones who don't know, there are 3 communities in Belgium who respectively speak Dutch, French and German) called me "Stefke van Namen" (In Dutch, it means: Stefke from Namur), and after a short reflection I thought why not ? There is already a "Jack de Marseille" and "Dimitri from Paris" ;-)
